Been to sam several occasions over the years lovely professional person always feel relaxed when having my ears done had to go back a week later just to remove a tiny bit more near the ear drum.  No extra  cost Will always  use this service..😀

Recommend to any one, really professional and explained every detail, having suffered for many years with Tinitus just assumed that any change was natural, but no so my bad ear had become blocked with quite a large  amount of wax that was removed pain free and although I still have Tinitus my ear feels a lot more comfortable, plus you also have a hearing test to track the direction of my complaint .” Thank you “
